Suddenly, Kinoshita lets out a big sigh and starts to explain what’s been on his mind. He tells Ichikawa that whenever he inhales a milligram of a woman’s scent, his lifespan is shortened by one day. However, some perfumes don’t have the same effect, but if it’s a particular scent that’s associated with a woman, then it shortens his life by a whopping 100 days per milligram.
