Pokemon Go Halloween 2022 Event Part 2: New Costumes, Special and Timed Research, More

Pokemon Go fans are currently deep into the Season of Light and about to embark on Part 1 of the 2022 Halloween event. This first part of the event debuts Shiny Noibat as well as the spooky Mega Banette. Also, from October 20th to November 1st, fans can battle and capture Origin Forme Giratina.
And now, to continue the Halloween fun, the second part of the 2022 event has been released.

Pokemon Go Halloween 2022 Part 2 Dates and Times
According to the blog post shared on Pokemon goes livePart 2 of the Halloween 2022 event takes place October 27, 2022 at 10 a.m. local time to November 1, 2022 at 10 a.m. local time.

This is right after the timeframes for the first part of the event, which will take place from October 20th to 27th.

Pokemon Go Halloween 2022 Part 2 Event Bonuses
Completing field research tasks gives players a chance to encounter the following Pokémon:
- suppet*
- Dusk*
- Yamask*
- Galarian Yamask*
- A ghost

Players can earn Gengar Mega Energy and Absol Mega Energy by completing certain field research tasks.
Pokemon Go Halloween 2022 Part 2 Timed Research
In addition to Raid Battles and Wild Encounters, players will also have the option to purchase two timed Research Tickets during the event.
- $1 timed research ticket – Grants players timed research with encounters with Yamask.
- $5 Timed Research Ticket – Grants players timed research with increased candy bonuses, additional Halloween quests and an avatar item. This includes the jack-o-lantern pose for Halloween 2022.
It’s important to note that these Pokemon Go timed research tasks expire on November 1, 2022 at 10 a.m. local time. Players must also purchase both tickets to receive both Timed Research Task Packs.
Pokemon Go Halloween 2022 Part 2 Special Research
The Halloween 2022 Part 2 event will also include a special research with Rhi and Professor Willow. Players can help the two learn more about Yamask and Galarian Yamask.
Players can claim this special research Thursday, October 20, 2022, 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, November 1, 2022, 10:00 a.m. local time.
According to the Special Research information, players will also see the debut of Shiny Galarian Yamask, making it possible to find both versions in the rare, alternate coloring.
