The Immortalis-G715 won’t be featured on any specific smartphones as of yet, but you can anticipate the release of the first phones with them in early 2023.


The Mali-G715 and Mali-G615 premium GPUs, which have fewer cores and no ray tracing capabilities, were unveiled by Arm as being targeted towards smartphones with cheaper pricing. Engine. Mali-G615 contains six or less cores, whereas Mali-G715 has seven to nine cores.

However, unlike Immortalis-G715, these chips only support variable rate shading, which offers up to 40% more frames per second (FPS).

Additionally, ARM provided a roadmap, announcing that “Crack” will be released in 2024 rather than Immortalis’ second flagship mobile GPU, code-named “Titan.” If the chipmaker plans to apply the same hardware-based ray-tracing to the other two, that hasn’t been said.

Moving on, Arm announced the Mali-G715 and Mali-G615 as premium GPUs aimed at devices with lower prices, but fewer cores and no ray tracing support. engine.

Mali-G615 has 6 cores or less, while Mali-G715 has 7 to 9 cores, respectively, but unlike Immortalis-G715, they only have variable rate shading, which provides up to 40% on frames per second (FPS). 

ARM also laid out its roadmap, stating that it plans to follow Immortalis’ other flagship mobile GPU, codenamed “Titan,” but that it plans to bring “Crack” in 2024. The chipmaker hasn’t indicated if it intends to extend the same hardware-based ray-tracing to the other two.
